Stunning Mahogany Victorian Converted Piano / Writing / Console Table
In fairly good Antique condition, some wear and tear commensurate with age, but is sound and sturdy. Would have originally been a harpsichord or piano and later converted to a table. You can see by the random angled shape of the inlay strips on the top which is where the lid would have lifted. Some small bit's of veneer and marquetry missing. There's a strip of unpolished wood showing just under the table top at the side - see photos. Veneer a bit faded in places, still a stunning looking table though. Double height drawer with dummy front on one side, with internal divider. Original knobs.
