Unusual Antique Art Deco Style Tiger Oak Glazed Bookcase

Lovely Art Deco detail on the front corners of the frame, with stylised curved features throughout. Made in the late 1940's but with the essence of Art Deco design. Tiger oak created by a cut which highlights the grain of the oak, giving this stunning tiger striped effect. On wooden claw feet with sliding doors which slide ok. In good condition, structurally sound, some cosmetic wear and tear, commensurate with age. Adjustable shelves. We think it has a Plywood back, although it looks a bit like a maple type grain, so not entirely sure, but it is a contrasting colour to the main cabinet.
