Antique Black Painted Cupboard Bookcase .

Handsome bookcase, 1800's, 117cms long in good overall Antique condition. Some wear and tear commensurate with age, but structurally sound. Doors have catches. Has lock and key, but lock is temperamental so the key is not original I think and probably best not to use it. Door seems to stay closed by itself. Shelves are partly adjustable.

Hand painted in Annie Sloan Athenian Black. It has then been distressed and rubbed with black wax for a lovely aged look and greater durability.
