We can arrange delivery throughout the UK. Select 'Delivery Zones' in our web menu (top left) for a map showing delivery charges by postcode. Select the coloured zone indicated on the map for your postcode at checkout for the correct charges to be applied.
We can store an item once purchased for as long as necessary, while a customer is moving or renovating. There is no charge for storage. Please note for items stored longer than 30 days we offer an exchange policy but will not offer a refund if you change your mind about the item unless the item is damaged in transit or significantly not as described in which case a refund will be issued.

We are not currently set up to export items outside the uk, including Ireland. However we have worked with customers by recommending couriers so that they can purchase items from us in the UK and import them to Ireland and the EU or beyond. We will also package items at cost if required for shipping. The prices on our delivery map to Ireland and Northern Ireland are as a guide only, based on the couriers we used in the past and can't be purchased at checkout.
Yes, it does. We can't always guarantee a two man delivery so it is always appreciated if help is available to carry items in, but we will always aim to install the item in the room of your choice, including upstairs unless it s a particularly heavy item and we have specified ground floor only delivery in the description.
